This 40 minute class is designed for children ages 1-5 and their caregivers. Janelle is a certified yoga instructor that specializes in children's yoga. Children will strengthen their bodies through yoga poses as well as play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities such as meditation, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques. All of this happens while having fun, laughing, and fostering their imagination!
(CLASS AND PLAYGROUND INCLUDED IN 4 WEEK SESSION ON DAY OF CLASS.)
