Ready to find your flow with your little one? Our Little Yogis class is a playful introduction to the world of yoga, designed specifically for toddlers and preschoolers. We’ve traded "shushing" for stretching, creating a vibrant environment where movement meets mindfulness. Through imaginative play and gentle poses, we help children build body awareness, balance, and a sense of calm.

Please note: This class is designed for our "littles" and their caregivers. Be prepared to move, breathe, and giggle alongside your child! This shared experience strengthens your bond while helping your child navigate the social dynamics of a group setting.

When: Thursday mornings at 10 AM

Tuition Includes:

• 45 Minutes of guided yoga instruction

• Use of all yoga mats/and or dots and props

• Bonus: Open Play after class!

Age Focus: Grades K – 5 (Independent Class)

Take your child’s language skills to the next level with our Spanish Explorers program! This class is designed for the curious elementary student, moving beyond simple words into meaningful conversation and cultural discovery. We focus on building "language confidence" through teamwork and creativity.

Dinamicas de Grupo (Group Dynamics): We ditch the boring worksheets for high-energy games like Matamoscas (Fly Swatter game) and "Spanish Simon Says" to keep bodies moving and brains engaged.

Cultural Journeys: Each session explores a new "destination," from the rainforests of Costa Rica to the festivals of Mexico, integrating art, geography, and traditions.

Practical Conversation: Through role-playing and collaborative projects, students learn to introduce themselves, express feelings, and navigate real-world scenarios.

Confidence Building: Our small group setting provides a safe "brave space" for students to practice their pronunciation and build a lifelong love for global communication.

Little Explorers:

Ready for a playdate with a purpose? Our little explorers Playgroup is the perfect blend of high-energy fun and focused learning. We’ve curated a "circle and center" style class that keeps little hands busy and little hearts happy, all while building the social foundations your child needs.

Please note: This class is designed for our "littles" and their caregivers. There will be opportunities for both active parent/caregiver participation and distanced observation as your child learns to navigate a group setting.

• Sing & Move: We kick things off with music and movement that gets everyone involved, helping toddlers develop gross motor skills and a sense of rhythm.

• Story & Poetry: We bring books to life with engaging storytelling and rhythmic poems, fostering early literacy and a love for language.

• Creative Centers: After the circle, we dive into themed activities, including simple crafts and/or collaborative games/activities designed to encourage sharing, curiosity, and teamwork.
