Ready to find your flow with your little one? Our Little Yogis class is a playful introduction to the world of yoga, designed specifically for toddlers and preschoolers. We’ve traded "shushing" for stretching, creating a vibrant environment where movement meets mindfulness. Through imaginative play and gentle poses, we help children build body awareness, balance, and a sense of calm.
Please note: This class is designed for our "littles" and their caregivers. Be prepared to move, breathe, and giggle alongside your child! This shared experience strengthens your bond while helping your child navigate the social dynamics of a group setting.
When: Thursday mornings at 10 AM
Dates: Thursdays
Cost: $30/class
Tuition Includes:
45 Minutes of guided yoga instruction
Use of all yoga mats/and or dots and props
Bonus: Open Play after class!
The Fine Print:
Weather: Classes will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.
Minimums: We require a minimum of children to run each class. You will be notified and refunded if the registration minimum is not met.
